Right of cancellation

Since the doors we offer are individually configurable, there are a huge number of possibilities for configuration. Since these are manufactured specifically for you, a revocation / return of the configurable products is not possible.

Our products stand for high, German quality and therefore we take over of course the legal warranty and are liable according to the terms and conditions for defective goods.

In order to exclude a wrong order, an extensive examination of our technology and order department takes place after a professional consultation and order.

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from the contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. You can only revoke the entire contract. The withdrawal period of fourteen days begins from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, have taken or has taken possession of the goods.

In order to be able to assert your right of withdrawal, you must inform us by means of a clear declaration (e.g. a letter sent by post, fax or e-mail) of your decision to withdraw from the contract.

To comply with the revocation obligation, it is sufficient that you send the notification of the exercise of the right of revocation before the expiry of the revocation obligation.

Consequences of withdrawal

If you withdraw from the contract, we must reimburse you all payments (including delivery costs, with the exception of additional costs resulting from a different type of delivery instead of the standard delivery) immediately and no later than within fourteen days. The period of fourteen days begins on the day we receive your notice of cancellation. You will of course receive your payment via the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction. If you prefer another means of payment for the repayment, we can of course arrange this by prior arrangement. You will not be charged any fees for the repayment in any case. If the goods cannot be sent by normal post due to their nature, you must return or hand them over to us immediately and in any case no later than fourteen days from the day on which you notify us of the cancellation of this contract. The deadline is considered met if you send the goods before the expiry of the period of fourteen days. You shall bear the direct costs of the return shipment.
