What is personal data?

Personal data is information that makes it possible to identify a person. This includes in particular your real name, address and telephone number. What data is requested?

If the opportunity for the input of personal or business data (email addresses, name, addresses) is given, the input of these data takes place voluntarily. The use of all offered services is permitted - if and so far technically possible and reasonable - without specification of any personal data or under specification of anonymized data or an alias. However, by providing the correct optional data, you enable us to serve you personally and individually. 

Is the confidentiality of e-mail correspondence/contact form guaranteed?

If you wish to contact us by e-mail or contact form, we would like to point out that the confidentiality of the information transmitted may not be guaranteed. The content of e-mails can be viewed by third parties. We therefore recommend that you send us confidential information by post only. 

Is data logged during my visit?

Each time a user accesses a page from our website and each time a file is retrieved, access data about this process is stored in a log file on our server.

These data are used to generate statistics that help us to improve our Internet presence.
